Are the points marked with A and B in front, or in back? There are no depth cues, so its impossible to tell. As a result, the image becomes unstable and may appear to flip from front to back as you continue to look at it.

How many right angles appear in the following image?
You may see a cube, but the image actually contains three diamonds without any right angles.

Is the square in the middle a perfect square?
Although it is a perfect square, the sides may appear to bend inward.

Which horizontal line is longer?
Hold a ruler up to the screen and you will be surprised to discover that the lines are the same length. The illusion is achieved because the overall length of the drawing on the right is longer which fools the eye. Also, the circles in the figure on the left interrupt the line which distracts the eye.

How many legs does this elephant have?
